One form of self-care that we don’t talk too much about surprisingly is getting readings for yourself! As an intuitive reader myself, I can obviously connect on my own and gain spiritual insight - but there’s something a little extra magical when someone else reads you. I don’t know why but it feels like we almost believe the advice more when it’s coming from someone else rather than ourselves. I find sometimes when reading ourselves we often assume we’re just getting certain insights or drawing cards because it’s what we want to hear instead of what we need; so when someone else confirms our gut feelings for us, it’s that much more powerful and we feel validated.
