❤️Just wanted to share a couple things that inspired me recently ⬇️
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🔮When talking to Tiffany @spiritualbossmom she reminded me that pre-incarnation our soul signs up for this journey/path. So, when hard things happen, it means our soul knew it would happen the way it does at the time it does, it’s part of our growth journey. But, the fact it happens at the time it does, just means our soul knew we’d be strong enough to handle it ❤️ & that thought actually brought me some inner peace ☮️ through my personal period of grief.

📖My amazing friend Paige @paigeinwonderland21 so very kindly gifted me one of her favorite books, Fourth Wing (please no spoilers I’m only on like chapter 4!) but I was reading it last night & came across the quote:
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
✨”I wouldn’t be standing here if I’d quit every time something seemed impossible to overcome” ✨
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🐉 LOVE that & it’s sooo very true. Sometimes, things genuinely seem impossible, but if we turn our back every time things seem hard, we’d never do anything then. Sometimes the only way forward is to just actually move forward💜
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
⚽️Another moment, I’ve been meaning to share for a while came from Ted Lasso (I DID finish this series so spoilers are okay 😆). There’s SO many inspirational moments from that series, but I love when Ted takes the team into the London sewers…
⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀⠀
🥅& he uses it as a metaphor, to remind the players that sometimes you’re surrounded by 💩 but you gotta build your own sewer system & let it flow away.

💫Somethings, especially mean opinions from others, or daily annoyances are just not worth taking up our energy (If we’re spending time focusing more on what makes us mad or what we don’t want, all it does is take energy away from creating what we do want). Feel everything of course (feel it to heal it!) but afterwards, it’s so good to just let those small things go & let them flow away from you (literally like sewers!)
❤️Hope those inspired you too!
